  1. Holy smokes, I'm only 9 minutes into this and dying. It's a great beginner workout though! I had to stop halfway through cause I was so out of breath. To make up for it I'm going to walk around the park for 20 minutes. I'm 263 Pounds and a 5'2 woman. My goal weight is around 130 so I have double who I am in visceral fat. I've had a wakeup call this morning with my terribly poor diet and physical capabilities. No wonder I'm always miserable and depressed. I'll keep going on this workout every day until I can fully complete it! My main focus is fixing my diet, but building muscle will help burn the fat! Thanks so much for posting this! This video is my new stepping stone! I'll keep in touch with my progress.

  2. Okay, I'm in such a bad spot right now, I'm doing this every day starting today for two weeks at least, I need it if I want to manage my mental (and physical) health issues, wish me good luck guys, I hate working out. I'll update this comment to tell you how it's going.
    Update1: first day completed successfully, that was great.

  4. Loved this video. Perfect for anyone who’s never worked out or is trying to get back into working out. Absolutely felt happier, healthier and more alive after this workout. Definitely gonna do it again
