Dan Sileo is a former American football defensive tackle. He is well-known for playing college football at Maryland. Sileo is a winner of the ACC Football Championship in 1983. He has also played for Dallas Cowboys, Detroit Lions, Orlando Thunder, Las Vegas Sting, and Las Vegas Posse.

Dan Sileo was born as Daniel William Sileo on 3rd January 1964 in Samford, Connecticut to his parents of Italian-American descent. As of 2019, his age is 55.
Talking about his education, he attended the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. As a freshman, he played 10 games and broke the Hall of Famer Randy White’s record. At Maryland, he played as a backup on the 1983 Atlantic Coast Conference Championship team.
In 1984, he was transferred to the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio and once again transferred to the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.

Professional Career
Sileo spent his entire NFL career as a backup and special player and in the year 1987, he played the regular-season game. In 1992, he came back to play for the Orlando Thunder of the World League of American Football.
Also, Dan played for the Las Vegas Sting where he was able to be honorable mention All-League and helped the Sting to make it to the playoffs.
Dan Sileo: Wrestling Career
In 1993, Sileo was hired by Cowboy Bob Orton and he also trained him in Atlanta. There, he played under the name Bonecrusher Sileo and went to the Catch Wrestling Association located in Vienna, Austria.
Later, he was hired by New Japan Pro Wrestling in Tokyo, Japan and he wrestled at the Tokyo Dome.
Dan Sileo: Radio Career
Dan began his radio career after being hired by 810 KGO San Francisco for the role of a sports anchor on the morning show titled ‘Dunbar and Rosie’. Following that, he moved to another local station 680 KNBR and became the host of ‘Sportsphone 68’.
In 1998, Sileo moved to Tampa and hosted the morning show on 620 WDAE. Again, in the year 2000, he hosted the 4 am-8 am program titled ‘The Dan Sileo Show’.
One of his longest stints was on 620 WDAE in Tampa where he worked as the morning drive host. In February of 2014, he was hired by San Diego’s ‘The Mighty 1090 AM XEPRS’.
Sileo left ‘The Mighty 1090 AM’ in January 2018 for a new talk show named ‘The Machine’. Similarly, in August 2019, he was hired by iHeartMedia to host the afternoon show on Sports 910 KGME in Phoenix.
