Deonna Purrazzo: Wrestling Career, Ring of Honor, WWE, NXT
On December 16, 2016, Deonna Purrazzo made her Puerto Rican wrestling debut at the Savio Vega-owned ‘Christmas in PR’ event in Bayamon, PR for the World Wrestling League.
Purrazzo appeared at Honor X’s Ring of Honor Supercard in April 2016 where she teamed up with Amber Gallows against Solo Darling and Mandy Leon in a tag team match. However, she lost the match through submission. Deonna returned to face off against Sumie Sakai in a match which she won on the 14th episode of ROH’s Women of Honor Wednesday. She made her first appearance on the December 10, 2016, ROH TV episode. She won against Candice LeRae.
On May 10, 2014, Purrazzo made her TNA debut at the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling taping and lost a single match against Brooke at Knockouts Knockdown II. She then started working as an extra talent for WWE in 2014 and made an appearance as a ‘Rosebud’ in several skits with Adam Rose. Also, she made an appearance on the NXT episode of November 11, 2015, in which she suffered a defeat against Nia Jax.
On May 31, 2018, Deonna was reported to have signed a contract with WWE. In the same week, WWE announced she would be taking part in the second Mae Young Classic. Purrazzo made her NXT UK debut on the episode aired on December 26 episode.
In December 2019, she made her RAW debut in December 2019 against Asuka which she eventually lost with submission.

The first major tenure of success in her wrestling career began in 2015 when she began working with the Ring of Honor promotion and played a key role in the “rebirth” of Women of Honor. After leaving the promotion in 2017, she spends a year with Japanese women’s wrestling promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom before joining the world’s largest wrestling promotion WWE.
