Rodgers began his career at WDEF-TV in Chattanooga, Tennessee as an anchor/reporter and WSVN-TV in Miami as a sports anchor. Also for the NCAA Baseball Regionals, Ducis was a play-by-play announcer and spent some time on ESPN First Take.
Before joining ESPN, Rodgers served as Sports Director, lead sports host and sports reporter for WCBS-TV in New York between 2003 and 2009.
He filmed Super Bowls, World Series and traveled to Tokyo with the New York Yankees for a week-long journey to begin the 2004 ocean.
He also spent several years at the ESPN anchor desk as a host of Sportscenter and Outside the Lines.
