  1. Did this workout 2 years ago, and my body was totally a different compared to now 🥺 now going back to this again and will try to do it once everyday. Can’t wait to see the difference in a month later!! Count today as my first day, but only managed to do it for 15 mins 🙁 will buck up in the upcoming days

  2. Been doing this for 4 years now, 3 times a week, end the session with 100 push ups. I don't go to the gym any more but do get mistaken for going 5 times a week 🙂

  4. years ago ı had the best body thanks to this workout after doing it regularly for months.unfortunately ı hurt my knee while doing ropes and still have a bad knee. this workout is what ı miss the most 🙁 that burning feeling and the instant and amazing results it gave me was smthng else. no any other workout made me feel the same
