  1. Bowel movements :
    1. Get the Squatty Potty.
    2. When consuming fiber, do so with plenty of water. Otherwise, if you consume fiber only without water, you're doing the opposite and you will constipate.
    3. Eat super food Chia Seeds daily. 1 tablespoon for regularity. Build up to it. Start with 1/2 teaspoon

  2. This is very bad advice that its normal to have a bowl movement every three days. If you eat plant based only which is best for the gut you will have 3 per day.

  3. I had all these symptoms when I was suffering from Anemia. I just started to use the Anemia Care Pack of Planet Ayurveda and I am fine now after using it. This is really amazing. You should also try this.
